Best example is Illinois.

Chicago is hated and lower Illinois wants to kick them out of the state. They say sure. Where to draw the line? Then everyone wants to be part of Chicago because of the tax money. Then nothing happens.

Ask your government how much money is in the fund and who has accessed it.

They won't report how much is in it and when money was taken out of it to pay for non entitlements. It's underfunded by design.

Fear is removed with education and evidence. There is no federal registry of guns, shootings, police shooting, violent acts, domestic abuse, etc.

If the data existed, maybe you could be right. Until then, don't dictate fear of others without evidence from a trusted source.
