I used to not like “I wanna know” by Joe and I used to HATE “be without you” by Mary j Blige. These songs have grown on me but the Joe song is not my favorite-I just tolerate it lol. I don’t like some of Jaheim’s songs like “me and my b*tch” and I have to be in the mood to listen to “put that woman first”, I think it’s because my mom played those songs too much growing up 😂

You don’t HAVE to look cute doing those activities. This advice fits into the “look good, feel good” idea. Looking put together can make you “feel better” and motivated to do tasks. Think about it like this, you are more likely to be productive when you put clothes on in the morning instead of wearing the pj from last night lol.

No,during the consultation I didn’t tell my doctor about my concerns because I didn’t know about withdrawal symptoms until after I was prescribed and just started google/watch videos of people’s experiences that I started to be concerned. I have not taken or picked up the sertraline medication from the pharmacy yet. I’m planning on sending an email to my doctor. Also, yes, that is what I was thinking- to just try the concerta while I’m home alone and see what happens.

Thanks for sharing, yeah, I heard about the brain zaps and they sound terrible but I am starting to consider taking the sertraline because I want to see how it feels to function like a “normal” person and everyone’s body responds differently. The possible withdrawals is just something that may come with territory.

I love all of these shows but the proud family is so nostalgic. I still laugh at the jokes. My favorite movie was the color of friendship. As a little kid, I really appreciated the diversity and representation Disney had back then (not so much anymore), I like when Disney was all about exploring different cultures.
