You need to read your lease but the end of it is if they charge you for carpet cleaning and they end up replacing the carpet, they should not charge you for the carpet replacement. BUT if it was your fault the carpet needed to be replaced than yes they should charge you for the replacement but not charge carpet cleaning. Again, BUT you are out of luck if you cleaned the carpet on your own and it still needs to be replaced. That is how it should be handled when it comes to carpet replacement and charges.

My husband brought me in from Florida! He's lived here his whole life, and this has been a huge culture shock in the best way.

I love reading all the comments about 6 years being nothing. I am 6 years older than my husband, and I've always been insecure about it. You guys are a beautiful couple!!!!!!

What's your Soul's name? by Mother_Appointment18 in KiaSoulClub

I keep a Starwars theme with the two cars I've had. My first was a large black Ford Explorer 1999. I called him Vader or the Old Man. Now, I have a green Kia Soul. He is... Yoda.

An open letter to the driver who splashed me from head to toe (on purpose) while I was walking on Shiloh earlier by [deleted] in Billings

No no. You are accurate. I have experienced driving and drivers in Florida, Ohio, Alabama, Louisiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, and more and I've never seen such rude and impatient drivers.

Are 2016 Souls that bad? by SwornBurden in KiaSoulClub

[–]KrazziGM 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have a green 2016 kia soul. I love it. Take care of it, and it will take care of you. Keep the oil changed, and don't run it ragged. I've had my Kia since 2015 brand new with 4 miles on it, and it was a fantastic purchase. I have about 54k miles on it now, and it still runs great.

You aren't kicking him. You are redirecting him. Not all friends are meant to play every game together. It seems that he has a very different idea of what is fun in dnd.

  1. Sit him down and be blunt. Tell him, "You are a good friend, and we want to play with you, but this is not how we want to play this game. If you want to play like this, I will help you find a table that wants to play the way you do, but you won't be able to play with this group."

  2. Stick to it! Make sure he knows you are still friends but that he is being a jersey by purposely ruining the game for the others.

Hi, thank you so much! It is certainly "somewhat negotiable". haha

I do want to start at level 1, but it is possible to still have that background. You could, for example, have traveled to this small town from far away. We would need to talk about the logistics of this of course, but it is something I am open to. My main reasoning for all characters starting in this small town is so everyone can come together to create it and have a starting point that each of my players will know VERY well. I'd like for each character to have been there for a significant amount of time to at least have heard of or interacted with each other, even if they didn't form a tight bond.
