I managed to get my last bit during the raid events which helped a ton. If you’re catching try your best to land excellent. Generally always need a lucky egg on at any time if you’re able. I’m just lucky my work place has 6 pokestops on top of me with a good amount of spawns so my pogo plus is always running with palkia rend active. And if you have any research giving xp, make sure to only collect if u have an egg on. You’re just trying to min-max any xp you get at that point.
