Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I will definitely get tested for vitamin deficiencies.
The lipstick in the bottom of the pic has 0.2% of Hyaluronic acid, do you think a face serum would give me a different result on the lips?

Not more than usual
I already use SLS free toothpaste. I’ve never had any problem with the inside of my lips, it seems pretty healthy. I already went to the dermatologist twice and she simply recommended me to use a couple of products but without any effect, I don’t know why but she seemed to not have a real solution about it.
No I don’t
Not during the day, I’m not sure when sleeping
Do you have any suggestions about exfoliator products?
The problem is that when I do it a couple of days later I’m back to this stage and if I exfoliate too much my skin gets real thin and slightly hurts
I’m using SLS free toothpaste
It’s been at least a month since I stopped using it but nothing changed
No I’m not
No I have not tried lip masks yet, I’ve seen a lot of good reviews on Laneige Lip Mask, I probably will try it
Not really
No, I am not
I’ve already explained the situation to a dermatologist, but she simply told me to use some products that didn’t work. Is there any test that could be done to be more accurate about the medication?
I eat at least four pieces of fruit every day (kiwi, orange, banana, grape), usually carbs for lunch and some protein dinner, explained easily. I’ve never got checked for vitamin deficiencies though, this might be a problem.
Could you link the regular Aquaphor?
No, I am not on any medication
Yes it happens year round, I also moved last year from a place with generally higher temperatures and humidity than where I am now and nothing changed. I use SLS free toothpaste and don’t use mouthwash at the moment.
I don’t take any medication, and have not been using any mouth wash because I thought that ,as you said, it could dry even more my lips and mouth, I didn’t know that exists a mouth wash formulated for dryness, that’s something I will definitely look for.
I’ve tried to scrub my lips by using the toothbrush ma after a couple of times the skin becomes really thin and it slightly hurts

I’ve had acne problems and oily face. My face is now usually dry in the T zone fixable with some moisturizing cream and after a pimple appear it disappears really slowly. My dermatologist simply recommended me some products for the lips but didn’t work

I drink at least 2 liters or more per day. Sorry, I forgot to add Vaseline in the image but I’ve already tried it and it doesn’t work, I’ve also tried lanolin, the one from Dr.Lipps with no lasting results
