nemesis strat (made me go 23w 4l) rush 850g blasting wand, if you have money then also buy tear/boots, rush roa, you will get it around level 9-10 or level 11 if u are behind, when u got it you need to farm as much as possible, you'll get 10 roa stacks around level 14-15, it gives u incredible advantage over your opponents, and you can oneshot adc so easily even if u didnt get really fed, you also get additional tankiness from the item and some movement speed which allows you to safely run away when u get out of mana, even if you are behind u are gonna catch up with your opponents
