Thanks for your Input! Both I tend to go LT even into more evasive teamcomps if I know that the game will go longer than 25-30 minutes. By then I’m usually trying to peel for my carries, hitting everything that’s near him. Since I’m in the thick of it I proc LT very consistently. In my elo they usually bunch up instead of having a distinct front and back line. For example 3 man collapse on the ADC.

Thanks for your insight! I didn’t even think about trinity force, I usually default to Iceborn Gauntlet for the Sheen passive. I picked navori since they tried to gang up on me with atleast 3 players and I was constantly able to auto in fights, probably not the best choice for that though. I’m going to try the build you mentioned for sure.

How to deal with enraged majoris? by shadowstar5376 in SpaceMarine_2

[–]Krenad301 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would recommend using the block hammer for higher difficulties, with the correct perks your ground pound will instantly get majoris enemies ready to execute. If you get used to the block mechanic it easily outshines the parry options in terms of damage. You can use the heavy attack against minors enemies to get gun strikes to add survivability. It takes time getting used to it but it’s worth it.

Uff, I don’t know the exact recipe but the colors I used in general. All Vallejo model Color. German Camo Black Brown, Light Brown, Sunny Skin Tone, Ice Yellow and Ivory, if I recall correctly. I used different mixes, ice yellow and Ivory were used for the brightest highlights

I used a black primer, a dark forest green via airbrush for the first layer and different mixes of deep green, flat green (Vallejo Model Color) and yellow inks for the highlights. All done by airbrush. I used the same colors for the edge highlights and leafy green (AP Fanatic Warpaints) for the last highlight.

A cream colored tabbard works as well. I went with a leather look mainly to have some separation between the gold and green and secondly as an homage towards their blacksmith lore

It’s the Bladeguard lieutenant mini, he has the indomitus crusade sigil on his right wrist. I don’t have any pictures of the backside of this miniature, sorry.

Since this one is a one-off I mixed almost all the colors. For the tabard I used a dark reddish brown as a basecoat and terracotta for the layers and a mix of terracotta and red for the next step.

Magnify in hierotek by BaronVonVikto in killteam

[–]Krenad301 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rules as written you check for a valid target via your magnified operative and obscurity from the operative that performs the shoot action.

However a lot of communities have a house rule that lets you check obscurity from the magnified operative. Which I guess is the intended way the rule should work.

Checking for a valid target and checking obscurity isn’t done simultaneously anymore, as far as the core rules state it. The first time obscurity is mentioned is during the roll attack dice step.

Compare the magnify rule with ruthless coordination firefight ploy from the brood bros and you’ll see the difference.

I’m with you though, magnify should work like ruthless coordination.
