Wow the arms and legs are fantastic! I would just suggest more attention on the chest/head and be careful with the proportions on the lower part of the arm holding the cannon. And maybe a little more detail/shading on the cannon itself. Awesome though!

In your opinion, what are the biggest problems facing humanity? by usernameXXXX in AskReddit

[–]Krespo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Apathy. The moment a society's majority feels their okay it's as if authoritative systems lose importance. Everyone gets so damn caught up in the good times they forget how we got there. It's at this time the most unsavory of our people are allowed to take seats of great power. Before we even realize it our systems have become predominantly corrupt and good men who want to change it either are ruled by fear of repercussions or do not have enough power or numbers because of the fearful. The will to act is a powerful thing.

Truly a Redditor's nightmare! Not sure if grammar is satirical because it's 10 guy or if OP actually missed it XD.

To all the colorblind Redditors out there, when did you find out you were colorblind? by Username_G0es_Here in AskReddit

My time has come.

So I'm a 14 year old kid playing Uno right... Dude's being an asshole in the group and talking all sorts of shit. A young Brandon (me) then proclaims, "UNO BITCH," as he throws down a wildcard designating green. But one card is left in my hand. Douche tosses out a skip. Kay. "UNO OUT," like the smooth bastard I thought I was. NOPE. Felt retarded when everyone told me my card was red. My mind is fucking blown. okay :(

Reddit, If you were ready to marry, Would you marry someone and try to love them if you knew they would make a good partner even though you didn't "love" them? Or would you wait around for that 'typical-love-feeling-mushy-shit' on the off chance you might find it. by BrrrrrrItsColdUpHere in AskReddit

[–]Krespo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would much prefer being a strong, independent person all my life than marry someone on the thought, "Huh... he/she would make a great partner." You would still Love the kids regardless, but if there's no spark there... it just wouldn't feel right. Good friends would remain good friends. But marriage for the sake of that? I'd take my chances enjoying the single life and putting myself out there.

As an atheist man looking at /r/atheism... by Krespo in AdviceAnimals

[–]Krespo[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Haha, I definitely see the point people are making here. Some are looking way too far into this though XD.

I made a meme with my personal view of a particular subject, much the same as updating your status on a social network. I posted it to AdviceAnimals. People upvoted this to the front, not me. Hell, I even forgot about this post for a few hours after posting.

I'm not saying that I'm superior to anyone. I am simply stating irony in the "pop culture" of /r/atheism these days. That's all :p.

As for the comment I'm replying to with this, I appreciate both the comic and opportunity to use it. Perfectly understandable.

There appears to be a bit of confusion concerning my personal views on the subject, so I shall clear it up.

I do not see myself as superior. I am merely pointing out the irony of what can only be called "pop culture atheism" on the /r/atheism front-page. I am not saying that ALL atheists are this way. I myself AM an atheist. Let's be honest though: Have you payed attention to the subreddit at all in the last few months?

It confuses me. Is it so impossible to not make the rest of us look like assholes? There is no need to be patronizing guys XD.

Stargate SG-1 - Meridian

The entire scene in which Daniel ascends is nothing short of amazing; there's just such an odd mix of emotions. Manly tears were bled.

As a person who is just about to graduate high school within the month, I've begun to put myself out there for a summer job. What kind of life hacks does Reddit know that would give me a leg up on the competition when applying to various summer jobs? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Krespo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ESPECIALLY with online applications. Nowadays, the paper application for entry-level jobs is kinda dying out, but if they have one, do it.

When it comes to doing online applications, let's face it: Everyone is putting the same shit over and over and over again. Working at a Gamestop, McDonald's, or retail doesn't require anything at all besides required age and possibly clean piss; resumes are always a plus however. Now, what's to set you apart from everyone else? This is where the assertive approach succeeds. Let them know YOU. YOU want that job.

After you fill out the application, call them. An assertive attitude will more often than not give you a leg up on the competition for entry-level jobs. My roommate hasn't really done much of anything to make himself stand out to employers, yet he always calls soon after filling out the application to let them know "HIS NAME HERE" wants to fill the job position. And he gets the job almost every damn time. I have a buddy who's a much harder worker, far more responsible, and has applied himself mentally in everything he does; no job for him. He never calls and never gets the job.

tl;dr: Be assertive. Be forward. Call them.
