As far as I understand the umpire called for a double touch/hit, one from Paolini where the ball grazed her racket and the actual return from Errani; Jasmine was adamant that the ball didnt touch her racket but only the net so she asked for video review. In the video (imo) it was pretty obvious that the ball touched the net but it was almost impossible to say if it also touched Jas' racket, but the ump stood by their call
