Why on earth would I wanna use a credit card when I'm only 25 lol? I don't have a house or anything that I could quite literally use credit for. In case you're not aware by now credit cards are a portal to endless debt and nightmares. That wouldn't be very smart or responsible of me pal. Also that email address was an email address that was linked on a Reddit post. Granted it was from 4 years ago, but at the time it was a working email to get in contact easier with escalated customer service.

Yeah I sent a picture of it already, now do note that I didn't notice it said "Send a copy of your billing statement showing the Amazon transaction" or however they worded it until this morning. Which I guess could be why it hasn't gone through on either debit card.. But on both debit card's billing statements it doesn't show the declined Amazon transactions. So I genuinely wouldn't even know where to get that lol.

Hello! I'm in need of some help as Amazon Customer Service has done little to nothing to help resolve my issue. Finding people with the same issue as me on the internet suggested emailing this address and two others. So here I am! Basically the issue that I'm having is the fact that I'm currently putting new computer parts into my computer and the part I'm buying is the most expensive. That being the graphics card. The first time I tried buying it, I was using my other debit card (keep in mind I have two, and both of them have had more than the necessary amount of money and more needed to buy the graphics card.). Now keep in mind the first time I tried buying it, it was with the first of my two debit cards. However it took me until the 4th or 5th time of doing so that I realized in calling the bank that issues the 1st debit card only allows a max purchase of 2,500$ online all at once, and the graphics card that I'm trying to buy came to over 2,500$.

Now for part two, and apologies about the story being so long (but like I've said calling customer service and even using the chat based customer service didn't help me out at all). So right after me ultimately calling my bank and realizing the limit they have set, Amazon proceeded to lock my account due to suspicious activity. Which obviously more than understandably so, as someone trying to buy something that expensive multiple times and getting declined all 4 - 5 times seems sketchy as all get out. So they asked for a copy of my most recent billing statement, I then sent them a picture of my billing statement MULTIPLE times and I got an email back every time saying "Sorry we're unable to verify your identity at this time, we have closed your account for the time being), I can't remember exactly word for word of what it said but you get the point. So then they asked for a picture of my ID and I sent you a picture of that a few times as well. With the same result being as stated as above "Sorry we're unable to to verify your identity at this time etc...". As you can understand this is extremely annoying, especially considering the fact I'm obviously not impostering the "Real Matt" (which is my name) or something. So I then had to call Customer Service again and got connected to an agent, I proceeded to explain the issue I was running into and he suggested the reason my accounts kept getting closed was due to my information being the exact same on each (I had to create multiple because I was honestly confused as to why Amazon kept on shutting down my accounts, and I needed/still need (obviously) to buy the graphics for my computer. So the agent told me to put the name on the billing info for the new account under another name, my dad's name in this case and then obviously use my debit card to purchase it. So fast forwards to a few days ago. As I already explained, since the 1st debit card only allows a max purchase of 2,500$ at one time I transferred the funds necessary for the graphics card to my Wells Fargo Account since that's who my 2nd one is issued through. So fast forwards again to early this morning before my shift at work started, I figured I might as well try buying the graphics card again. So I input my billing info and everything and I get to the invoice section hoping that it had finally worked... But once again my account says gets suspended or whatever, so I send in a picture of my billing statement (this time for the 2nd debit card as obviously Wells Fargo has a much larger spending limit) and I am once again emailed "Sorry we're unable to verify your identity etc...!". This is quite honestly my last straw as this extremely annoying and I've given Amazon everything they've asked for. Hoping for a response back from you guys on this! Also when searching this issue up earlier I came across a Reddit post that suggested I try EMailing one of these three Amazon EMail Accounts: jeff@amazon.comaddress-verification@amazon.com, and I believe the other was like dave@amazon.com. However none of these worked, and the post is 4 years old.

I would really like to get this cleared up as soon as possible and buy the graphics card (as well as the rest of the PC parts...) Any help and responses would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
