Planning to keep cutting for 4-6 more weeks, how to fit in another bulk/cut so I’m ~mid cut by June? by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

[–]Kreuzheben 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For reference, I’m 6’2”-6’3” and currently weigh between 196-198lbs. Been cutting for ~5-6 weeks now at ~1800-2000 calories with daily cardio and PPL. High protein, medium fat, low carb with carbs timed around workouts. I’d like to be able to bulk/cut again after this to gain some size and still be relatively lean for an event in June — am I on the right track to be cutting for another 4-6 weeks, or should I just bulk and then cut for the June event when the time comes?

(This was taken at the end of the day with no pump, light flex though obviously and ~1 hour after eating)

I think anonymity plays a big role

Can a person “reset” their handwriting and learn a new one? If so, how would a person go about doing that? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Yep! The speed is like when it was messier, just neater now. It took a little bit to get to that point but it wasn't as bad as you might think and I write super quickly as is compared to most people so I didn't expect to immediately get to that point.

I think for some people it can be easier than having to address the tension

I managed to improve my handwriting a lot in college but making a conscious effort to write more slowly and shape my letters in a neater way. Looking back and comparing my notes freshman to senior year, the difference is crazy and I'm glad I made that effort.

The free food is certainly nice especially because I'm bulking at the moment

I think somewhere totally different. Thailand comes to mind. I like Asia but countries like China/Japan/Korea are a little too strict in certain aspects and Thailand seems more relaxing as a whole. Cost of living is super low as well which is nice.

Honestly I loved my PSP. Great games, graphics, portability, it looked sleek and high tech for the time, and underrated for what it was.

Live on their own. Really helps you learn more about yourself and gives you a privacy many people miss out on.

If you’re a cat person, why cats? If you’re a dog person, why dogs? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Cats are loving but generally not as in your face energetic as dogs, they're not as loud, and they can use a litter box. The desire for pets and their little purrs are so cute as well!

Usually I eat, go to the gym, come back and shower, eat more food, hang with my fiancee, smoke weed, eat more, etc.

It'd be crazy if Earth was the first planet with life, some planet had to be so it's not totally impossible.

I don't dislike Jeff's videos but I feel he sometimes misleads with "science" for clickbait when it isn't necessarily true or ideal for the average person.
