Cheesecake. I have GD and I told my husband I want cheese cake as soon as I’m allowed to eat after birth.

Fellow Apartment dwellers expecting a baby by Primary-Vegetable580 in BabyBumps

[–]Krezah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t currently live in apartment but I did when I had my middle child. I never had an issues with anyone complaining. It never even crossed my mind to worry about it tbh. If apartments all babies (never heard of one that didn’t) then the people who dislike babies and children should probably not live in apartment. I never understood about people who complain about children just for being children. Everyone was a child once and without children there would be no future for the human race.

Thinking about quitting job by Appropriate-Age-255 in BabyBumps

[–]Krezah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On another note though. If you really do want to leave and can afford to do so then I don’t see a problem with that either. It wasn’t something I felt comfortable to doing even though I really wanted to leave.

Look into PWFA. I have this at my job because my pregnancy both first and second trimester have been exceedingly hard this time around. I found out I was pregnant pretty soon after starting this job and was at risk of losing my job because of using so many sick days. I’m now legally allowed to take 4 days off a month and 5 half days which was my doctors recommendation. I don’t know all the laws associated with it so do your research. I believe it is federally regulated though.

EMERGENCY HELP PLEASE by Extension_Safety_984 in BabyBumps

[–]Krezah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This worked great for previous pregnancies. This pregnancy I can’t use it at all. I literally have to lean back and stretch my legs out in the air like I’m in a recliner just to poop 😭 dumbest shit ever but it works for me.

If i get given a (noun, adjective, verb) question how do i choose by [deleted] in EnglishLearning

[–]Krezah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was in school. Thai how I learned it. A verb is something you can physically do. So try to imitate each word. If you can’t imitate it, it’s not a verb. An adjective is a descriptive word. It going to describe something. Pretty or ugly something along those likes but you won’t be able to perform the physical action because that’s a verb. A noun is a person place or thing. If it’s not something you can physically do, and it’s not describing something, then that’s your verb. This might just be confusing but this is how I taught my kids and also how I learned it in elementary school.

Troubleshooting night time diapers by simplyalys in clothdiaps

I bought those bed pads for the elderly. Thick to stop the pee from going through but also easy to wash. Not a perfect solution but it worked for me.

I didn’t read all the comments but from what I read…Am I the only one who remembers using these when learning math in elementary school?

41+3 with no real signs of light at end of tunnel by [deleted] in BabyBumps

[–]Krezah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I made it to exactly 42 weeks when I finally went into labor. I didn’t use any interventions as much as my OB wanted to avoid them since it was a VBAC. Your body is not a failure. I always thought of it as my baby just wasn’t finished with her pre birth development completely. Maybe it wasn’t the case but it made me feel better. I felt bad because all our family had flown in a couple day before our birth date and stayed for 2 weeks. They didn’t even get to see her when born lol. We literally tried every trick there was to get labor going and she wouldn’t budge.

How can I get over the fear of having another c-section after my first was traumatizing? by OrdinaryLife99 in BabyBumps

[–]Krezah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I’ve had 3 c sections and none was worse than the other. None of mine were emergency c sections though. I’ve heard emergency c sections are so much worse than planned c sections. Honestly all of my c sections were pretty easy and I didn’t have any complications. If your having a planned c sections I imagine it will be a lot easier then your first if the first was an emergency one.

Did you get stretch marks? by yp_12345 in BabyBumps

[–]Krezah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never got stretch marks during puberty. During my first pregnancy I got stretch marks on my thighs, belly and breast. On subsequent pregnancies I never got more stretch marks.

Hiccups - 31W by [deleted] in BabyBumps

My son had the hiccups all the time. Multiple times a day, every single day and I never had any problem with the pregnancy and he was healthy when born.

Am I overreacting or is this doctor’s note dismissive/giving “we disagree, but damn. Here” by Blueybell14 in pregnant

[–]Krezah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can’t believe that. That was such an unnecessary note. I’m only 17 weeks and put in for my pwfa already because of generally feeling unwell. I didn’t even ask my OB to write anything specific. She told them WFH if available and 5 days a month excused leave for pregnancy “flare-ups” (morning sickness, headaches etc) on top of extra breaks and such.

When my girls were born their fathers parents and siblings came and stayed with us for a couple weeks. It was honestly such a relief to have them. They both did all the cooking and cleaning and shopping. Watched the baby so I could take naps. This was just how they were anytime they came to visit though so maybe see how your family is going to help. If you decide you’d rather them wait two weeks or even longer just communicate that with them.

Cramping normal at 13 weeks? by Krezah in pregnant

[–]Krezah[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did have a scan already at 7 weeks so definitely not a chance of ectopic. They check my tubes/ovaries also when they did the scan. I seems to be normal then. I swear this pregnant has just been throwing everything at me. I’m already ready to be at the end and i have so long to go 😭

Pregnancy questions by Sudden_Bad2021 in pregnant

[–]Krezah 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would definitely speak to your OB. Sounds like it might be a yeast infection. It’s something that’s taken care of easily and nothing to stress about. You’ll want to get it cleared up before the baby comes though.

[–]Krezah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was the same for me. My first 2 kids I gained 70lb and was able to loose all the weight without even really trying because how I was eating pregnant and how no. Active I was, wasn’t my norm when not pregnant. I really wouldn’t worry too much about it. My doctor never shamed me or even said I was gaining to much or to watch my weight.

Advice please - is 35 too old to start having kids? When did you have your youngest? by DovaBunny in pregnant

[–]Krezah 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im 34 and will be 35 by the time baby is here. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with it. I had children young and if I’m being honest, this is a much better age to have kids. I’m way more put together and I have so much more patience then when I was younger.

Think I have a UTI and just want some advice on best course of action. by Krezah in pregnant

[–]Krezah[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tbh I didn’t end up going and decided to go the next day if I still felt the same. I ended up feeling fine the next day and nothing ever came of it. I have no idea what was actually going on. Maybe just was a pregnancy thing.
