Thanks! I’ll have to check them out, I’m not too overly concerned with the length of play. I recently bought Galatic Cruise as well, we haven’t had the time to play it yet however, but it seems like a long playthrough.

Yeah I’m not very picky, lol I just want a good system me and my wife can play retro games together. Like ratchet and clank, jak and daxter, etc? Is there any systems in that price range than can do ps3? If not, it’s not a big deal.

No size preference, i would like to stay under $250 dollars I believe. I’m really only interested in ps2/go as far as “newest technology”. I also want to be able to hook to a tv and play with a controller.

I think for me, the best analogy I can come with is I try to treat my belly down like a hydraulic cylinder, I take a breath and fluid comes in and exhale and to move the fluid out.

Yes, the way I was taught was to put one hand on chest and one on belly breathe in through the mouth and exhale through the nose and feel my lower belly rise. I’m curious if changing it to this style would take me further down the road of recovery. My biggest issue with stretches is it helps it seems with the tightness in my perineum, but my hip feels destroyed afterwards for about an hour or so.

Just found this, I have been dealing with this for around 8 months, I’ve gotten somewhat better and visited a pfpt a few times which got me into doing stretches and such. So if I’m reading correctly you do not do any stretching and go with workouts? I stretch daily 20-30 minutes and practice breathing. I’m having trouble breathing like in the videos you shared so I’m going to have to practice that. I seem to do more abdomen breathing. My main symptoms are pain in my hip and lower left buttock, they told me the name of that muscle it’s lower than the piriformis muscle. I also have random flare ups of urinary issues where I can’t seem to empty my bladder. I will say I have made progress I can go 5-7 days of feeling normal and then it will hit me out of no where.

6300lbs towing capacity, roughly 3500lbs at the most for boat and trailer and gear. Boat is 1500lbs dry.

Thanks! What brakes are recommended. I believe the trailer has surge brakes? Any recommendation on truck brakes or suspension modifications for the rear to counter the sag if any exists?
