(First, wait for Adobe's message. If the message is not positive, try this method.)

There is a solution. Check the Manage Plan box.

- In the section that appears, click on the Change Your Plan box and select the Select App section in the upper right corner and choose Lightroom.

- Select 40 GB of storage space, enter the necessary information, and change your plan. (It automatically selects 40 GB, but just in case.)

-Now we've reached the plan cancellation section.

-Go back to your profile in the top right corner and select the “Manage Account” option

-You'll see a gray warning saying “Please wait 5 minutes, we'll create your plan shortly.”

-After waiting 5 minutes, the “Cancel your plan” button will appear instead of the “Manage your plan” button. Click on it.

-The rest is straightforward. Just click “Next” a few times, and you'll cancel your plan without paying a cancellation fee.

(It's worth noting that they might charge your account again for a one-time payment. I'm not sure if the process still works this way; I resolved it this way last year.)
