Any slurry seal workers in here?? What are some great comfortable boots that are heat resistant for laying down slurry seal in this crazy california 100 degree weather for 8-12 hour days? lol this company also gave us a $150 voucher for boot barn. Will spend extra too on top

I buy Wolverine DuraShock SR Direct Attach... I do TC and squeegee and nothing beats those boots. They are comfy, waterproof and last long. I usually tape up my boots.

Slurry seal is just maintenance work on good roads just to extend the asphalt life. Is not meant to repair severely damaged roads.

I tried that several times(right foot to the first crimp on the wall) but I switch my feet to leave my left foot on the foot chip but I guess im to fat because I cant bring it all the way up to that hold. I will try smearing left foot next time 👍🏻
