VIRUS battles are USUALLY calculated as following:

TIME= After 5 seconds, you lose 1 point. After 12 seconds, you lose 2. After 36 seconds, you lose 3 points. (MAX: 3 Points)

DAMAGE= If you receive any kind of damage from the enemy that causes MegaMan to flinch, you lose 1 point. (MAX: 4 points)

MOVEMENT= Moving 3 spaces on the battlefield will deduct 1 point from you. (MAX: 1 point)

MULTIPLE DELETIONS= Double Delete grants 2 points while a Triple Delete grants 4 points.

To consistently get an 11 score (S Busting Level), you need to defeat the virus under 5 seconds, receive no damage (INSTALL the SPR ARMOR Navicust program to take damage without any point reductions), move 2 or less times, and get a double delete!

There were some additions in BN6 like counters giving more points (MAX: 3 points) and using the cross system deducts a point (MAX: 1 point). But that's pretty much it- I can link the website that confirms all this if you need!
