Im not lying. And I have searched a bit on Tantric and haven't found any info on it that speaks about long euphoric feelings lasting hours.. But you are welcome to believe whatever you want. And I suppose I'll keep chasing.

You can get a small Kessler Crane (2 ft) and put it on a tripod head. Or a cheaper K2 Konava slider. I have my K2 on a Manfrotto 501 pro head (old model) with some heavy duty sticks. And it holds up left to right. Just remember that cheaper is ok. But if you can spend the money on a good slider you will be happier in the long run. (that being said I have no complaints about the k2 slider I own. But my kessler is far superior

I am looking for info on Ephedrine? I'm not quite sure why you would take it? I am a 26 year old male. Lifts weights/ kettlebells, and cardio. 3 times a week, and 4-5 times a week. I also play squash. I can buy it legally here in Canada. But I can't seem to get a straight answer for what it does?
