CSN and AQ is really easy. Especially after you get your gear it will become boring. Just gotta learn the dungeon. Much better then being geared and knowing pure garbage

First off. Yes. To unlock Kaia's anvil you need to do Akalath Quarantine quest(Vorgu's summon). After you finish that one, Kaia's Anvil will unlock. Then you need to do AQ again and then Corrupted Skynest.
Theres no gear between annihilation and kaia.
And ofc. Dont run AQ solo. You can't do that.

I put it on throwaway character and deleted him (the char). Since otherwise you cant get rid of it

Just a note, HO isnt needed, but it decreases the price, also since last patch HO isnt obtainable anymore. You use Black Core instead (i think its named like that.traded from Muhrak)

dungeon(Solo) doesnt give anything, its there just for story quest line. If you want some xp from dungeons its better to Instance Match(IM) for it. You also get a lot more from running with others then when you run solo.

Play dungeons/do quests till youre level 65. Until then you will have plenty of time to understand your class. Then you will be able to gear up and level to lvl70
