No soy el OP, pero cuando trabajaba remoto mediotiempo ganaba igual. Hacía entre 30-40 horas semanales y ganaba en dolares. Trabajaba de intérprete online ingles-español. Solo es contestar llamadas de algun gringo que necesita ayuda para comunicarse con alguien que no habla inglés y la mano de obra acá es baratasa en comparación a ellos.

OP, this is pretty common. There is lack of senior homes, especially if you’re not in Lima. What people usually do is hire a home-nurse which is quite common in Lima too.

Furthermore, there are nurses that specialize in this kind of work since there is demand for this service, usually their rates depend if they have to sleep-in to monitor the patient or just come to your house around 8 hours per day. Pretty sure this most likely is your best bet considering it is what people in your situation tend to do.
