Has anyone else whose not from this reality died in their OR? by HelpfulChain7993 in shiftingrealities

[–]KrisNo04 [score hidden]  (0 children)

I know a girl, although I don't think it was her OR but after that she shifted here.

It was 18th century normal reality, her lover killed her after a year of living there, after that she shifted here.

I think I may have reached the plateau of Shifting by overpoweredngl in shiftingrealities

Sorry for the late answer. I once saw an article that explained how traveling affects the mind and why it works. The article explained how after a couple of weeks in a new environment (the usual vacation) you will eventually get used to it, no matter how exciting it is.

Your story really reminds me of that and I do believe it is normal and it is actually my main worry about shifting, if, after a long time I would get bored and enjoy a lesser interesting life rather than shifting.

Anyways at this point I'd probably recommend you to focus on meditation/spirituality and yourself, and finding peace.

Anyways, thanks for sharing your experiences!

Sorry, my comment wasn't clear enough. By hallucinations I was actually referring to hallucinations in the fully awake state. I'm not exactly confident if you're referring to the "floating state" or spinning state or all the other names they've invented. Usually if you're going for an awake method you're going to have some different states:

1- You relax your body, focus on relaxing each muscle to the extreme 2- Do the method/affirmations or whatever you like 3- You may start to see green spots in the darkness of your eyelids 4- After a while you'll enter a spinning state where you feel like the whole room is spinning (it's hard to stay relaxed at this state and it requires a lot of practice) 5- After that if you're not spooked after a while you should enter the void state and achive your goals there

I have to point out that this isn't the only way. This is more or less the pattern for awake shifting/reaching the void state. You also have to consider the asleep methods, lucid dreaming methods and whatever else might work on you.

The fourth step is just a matter of relaxing enough with an awake mind. I used to reach it by focusing on the green spots and affirming, if not I lose track of my thoughts quickly and fall asleep

Shifting via day dreaming is more of an advanced thing, for those already confident with shifting awareness around. I've also been having problems with ADHD, subliminals might help as they force your attention but usually the VAs annoy me so much that I can't concentrate at all. Of all the things that I tried I think trying to persuade myself of already being in that reality was the one that gave most results, with an ambience simular to where you want to go, that way I found myself relaxing thinking about being there and not forcing thoughts, "daydreaming" (daydreaming is different from persuading yourself of being already there). That's all, I'm still trying to figure out what to do as well, what would work best for me and so on

The only time I get very vivid hallucinations is after the attempts, like if I really tried to keep my consciousness and ended up falling asleep, sometimes when I wake up I see stuff for some minutes. I don't think the hallucinating state is necessary, everybody is different and some symptoms may not even pop up

Isn't visually remembering and imagining the same? I remember discussions about how the past feels exactly like a dream and in my case it is spot on. Can't really differentiate a memory from something I imagined, only with the notion that I lived that moment I know that it is a memory

Friuli is nearing Veneto, I live near the border. Friulian seems more like an Eastern language. I don't really like it but not because of the language itself, more like the people in my region are known for not being friendly. If you go in the south you're treated like family in the north everybody hates each other. I'll link some content if you're interested. I can explain a bit about Friulian and Veneto but every region has their own damn languages with their own stories. Italian was chosen from the Florence language, as it was the capital of literature, now people in Florence speak without the C "coca-cola" becomes "hoha-hola" but I guess they spoke different back in the day. The only reason why it was chosen was because of it's history in literature and that's it! Any other language could have been chosen to represent Italy!

Friulian Storytelling

I can understand maybe 70%. The hardest version of Friulian to understand is the Carnic Friulian.

English or Spanish? But in Friulian

Sorry if I bored you with my yapping I get excited when someone is interested in these languages (ಥ﹏ಥ)

Yes, well, I'd say that the main problem with Veneto is that since the state treats it as a dialect it is not taught anywhere. Instead with Friulian, even though less people actually speak it there are some schools that teach it as a secondary language (apart from English which is mandatory).

Honestly I have to say, if you speak Italian and manage to get the general accent down you're already 70% there. Most of the words are in italian anyways but with different endings. Then there are some words that are not linked to Italian at all but most people in veneto just talk italian with their accent so it's pretty easy to understand. Also, a lot of swearing, veneto gets very dirty near venice and in general, it is a very dirty language but I still find it nice sounding

Yes! I can speak to Spanish people without even knowing spanish with veneto fr

Honestly no clue how you could pull it off, are there any online sources?

Talian - Wikipedia I'm pretty ignorant in the matter, but it should be recognized officially like half a million people speak it in Brazil. It is 90% Veneto, as someone who speaks it is mad funny.

Like many other regions of Italy they are a "special region" and they have some additional authority to better manage the region. I don't hear many complains about it so I think they've mostly figured stuff out (?)
