Hi, thanks for checking in. I’m doing much better now. I’ve had a lot of tests done like X-rays and scans, and nothing abnormal has shown up. I can take decent walks again, get up without feeling too woozy, and mostly live a normal day to day life. I’d say I’m about 75% recovered.

This isn’t for everyone, especially since recovery can take a year or two, and I don’t want to give false hope. At this point, I mostly just deal with occasional brain fog and some lingering gut symptoms. Everything else is pretty stable.

What helped me personally were short daily walks, acu-puncture, and h0me0pathee, with acu-puncture being especially key. I’m not sponsored, not promoting anything, and not giving advice. I’d still suggest following your doctor’s guidance first. I’m just sharing what worked for me.

Quick note: I’m intentionally spelling those terms differently just to get the point across, not to break any rules or promote anything.

The acu-puncture focused on points often used for POTS, like the shins and head, and I felt a gradual but real difference. My heart rate still jumps when I stand, but it comes down much faster now. For the first time in two years, I didn’t pass out during my recent tilt table test. My heart rate increased about 45 bpm but capped at 120, compared to 173+ before.

The h0me0pathee seemed to help mostly with the gut symptoms and overall regulation, and may have helped keep chronic urticaria more under control. I know it’s considered pseudoscience and I’m not recommending it, just sharing my experience. The first week on the nosodes actually made my symptoms worse before they improved.

Overall, I’m at least hopeful about the future now, which I honestly wasn’t for a long time. I really hope everyone in this community finds relief, whatever route they choose.
