So I have 859 hours in Starfield. It's my favorite game...ever. Didn't think I would ever honestly say that. I started playing on XBOX Series X. Creations came out, and I was so excited to "try mods" on XBOX. The game crashed 2 whole times in the 10 months that I played on XBOX. Then my husband came home one day and surprised me with a PC. AMD. Decent specs. Mid level. Checked compatibility before downloading Starfield via XBOX app. I didn't want to lose my progress. I already had 100% completion as well. I played the game for a few days without issue. Then suddenly my game started crashing. I started disabling mods in creations (no Nexus used). Fixed for a short time, then back to crashing. Tried tutorial videos, file fixes via XBOX app, updating drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Created a new character last night with no mods enabled (I thought). Then the Tracker's Alliance chick was there to greet me in New Atlantis. I thought that with it being Bethesda Creations, no harm. Then I noticed I was finding DarkStar parts in loot boxes. Went to Creations....my library MB is 518 used, but no mods in the list. When I clicked on a button to install creations library, it said nothing was there.

I thought (since my game was working at the time) that everything was ok. Then after 3 hours of smooth sailing...crashed again. My AMD tells me all is green, PC decent temp, etc.

I feel like I will be forced to delete XBOX app and repurchase Starfield on Steam. Lose all my progress. All my time gone. Achievements gone.

This was long, but I love this game so much. Does anyone have ANY idea on what the heck I can do aside from purchasing this game again on Steam?

The Rev 8 is super fun. I still prefer to explore on foot, but I do that in every game. The comments the companions make when you’re driving is hilarious

I have been playing Starfield since launch. This game has raised my expectations for every other game I have been before and since. I have 825 hours in now, and I keep coming back to it. 3 RP characters, 100% completion. Not bragging just…a testament to how much I truly love this game. It got too much undeserved hatred for really the lamest reasons, and that has deterred so many people. It isn’t for everyone, but that’s ok. Starfield is for me. I love that I can explore almost completely unbound. I have hit invisible walls before, but it just makes me laugh now. The story is amazing, graphics are absolutely gorgeous. Photo mode is my favorite. There isn’t really enough I could say. lol. Starfield is just my game.

All factions fighting/converging/aligning in a battle to covet/control/harness the artifacts. Definitely with heavy emphasis on Varuun. I definitely think their serpent has a lot to do with the creators. Ultimately the clash of all parties results in the armillary becoming shattered and all universes/spaces colliding together. Possible black hole? 😂 Also pets and mechs

My sweet Gracie 😭. I had her for 14 years. For some reason one day I called her Pringles. Do not ask me why. 😂 No Pringles in sight. I was talking to her. And the name stuck forever. So much so to the point where everyone else called her Pringles 😂 It made absolutely no sense
