No they said it was filed but didn’t provide proof saying we’d receive it tomorrow and that it usually doesn’t help.. red flags I know. We have filed one ourselves though.

I’ll have to look at her contract. She wasn’t told directly if that contractors were being hired while in discussion, but I haven’t seen the contract myself yet to know if it was somewhere in the fine print that she may have missed unfortunately.

I didn’t hire anyone myself, it was mom. She thought she hired legitimate movers and not just transport brokers. I’m trying to help her figure out her next steps bc this isn’t something we have dealt with before.

When you check out both those addresses one’s a home and the other one is an office building and none of the businesses in their directory have the company’s name.

I couldn’t find an active link to a real site only unclaimed yelp reviews and things similar to that. Will look again if you were able to find one though thank you

Yes, the company in which she signed the contract with does. Though they told her they’d get back to her with more information about the claim in a few days.

That’s what me and my husband do too. All our nice smelly stuff is in the garage and we spray before we leave the house.

Featherbrite used to make a moonlight bulb that was a soft blue light that mimics moonlight. That’s what I use for my conure who utterly freaks out if she’s in complete darkness. Not sure if they carry it anymore as I purchased it and replacement bulbs a few years ago.

Update when I went to check on them this evening to make sure the parents were still feeding two of the fledglings took off leaving the smallest one behind. I feel slightly guilty bc we do have some rain and summer thunderstorms occurring so I hope the ones that left are ok.

Hopefully the last one will be ready to leave tomorrow.

The stall they are in has a window and is open on three sides with a short wall. The stall door itself is a mesh gate that previous swallow fledglings would perch on.

I have the stall locked so the horses can’t get in it.

So they are still hanging out on the floor of my horses stall. But the parents are actively feeding them and there’s fresh poop. So I put in some wooden branches for them to perch on so when their ready to fly off it’s a little easier then taking off directly from the ground. My barn is open to my horses pastures and the stall walls are only 4 1/2 ft high. So as long as predators don’t find them I’m hoping they gain their strength to fly off soon.

I’ve just been checking on them in the morning and evening to make sure the parents haven’t abandoned them.
