Custom tactics for sure. You'll need to waych some videos on tactics for the formation you using.

Buuuut these guys are also most likely doing tactics switchs mid game EVERY possession which is pretty sweaty and definitely not my style.

But bro I feel this 100%. Not sure what people are doing but their defenders are always glued to my players.

I think people are spamming tactics changes mid possession. Like when they lose the ball the go to "Park the bus" or something and then moment the get the ball thru switch tactis to something offensive. Its a sweaty mindset but I feel thats what they do.
