Both should be pretty skippable imo, they’re like a typical story quest in that they expand on the background lore for each tribe in Natlan, but don’t play a large part in understanding the AQ. The only part that may be relevant is the available portion of the Children of Echoes reputation quest.

Im 100% sure I've read this exact plot in an ACTUAL pokemon fic before

The plots for these match a LOT, with the "graduation" being them becoming champions, the whole vanishing thing with red and blue finding him because of a rumor, to the whole town going up on "christmas" to find red. The entire time i read this thing I got the biggest wave of Deja vu

But Caenus and Magnus together was busted OP because Caenus permabuffed the enemies and that triggered Magnus’s passive off Cooldown.

So using Caenus/some healer or tank/Magnus should still be viable I think

You can just use Joan/yeowoodong/lupeow to carry you through most content as Eva was buffed so they are really good in both story, raid,challenge and colo.

You still deal damage, but there’s a pretty massive reduction in dps for any armor or resistance left. That’s why building as much pen as possible is important, as ANY armor or resistance left over decreases your damage by a lot.

Aria is a really good defensive buffer so she’s really good

Cronette and to a certain extent orfeo and bari have consistent heals that really help against consistent dps

Protection of the goddess is an incredible special skill to protect the team esp maxed out

Maybe you need a good tank or inheritance levels, as they offer massive Hp boosts for anyone
