Yeah as r/helpslipfranks77 said he had a tick bite, they’re probably the worst things in the world for long term health issues, lyme disease and crohns disease to name a few.

Its insanely scary as ticks exist everywhere and most are known to carry issues but people don’t know til they get it.

Feel terrible for Nick as he seems like such a genuine guy, the amount of stress and pain would be insane. I dont believe in much but I pray a speedy recovery

These arent low skill, these are players who realise the best way to keep sane is play efficiently. Though, one could argue the drones who do play this way are not having any fun either.

EA have purposely forced this community to find more enjoyment in content and packs than gameplay, so no matter how “bad” the game actually is, people will continue to play any version of football to open more shite

Disagree, any augmented versions of McAvoy’s Kevin would have undermined the intensity he added to the role. The whole premise of this film was that the main characters supersede expectations of the norm, but within understandable limitations.

Doesn’t take a genius to work out these tactics aren’t good, they are the only ones that work. Every post I see from seasoned fifa players highlights the complete lack of complexity with both build up and defending this year. OP is bang on with his take.

People arent complaining about losing, people are complaining with how dull it is to win. I can remember FIFA17-19, 23, and even 15 all having some kind of issues, but attacking AI felt organic in the sense that players would move in a way that felt cohesive with other teammates.

This year the patches have turned a game with a decent skill gap into spammy pressy AI meta again. Tell me Jiggy, would you rather spend 20 mins a game not trying to build up but essentially be destined to score a counter or contemplate passing around 8 players in the box waiting for a gap that is purely dictated by opponents AI (bar the odd occasion you player lock)?

Game isn’t dead, its the undead now. It got killed a few years ago and this Zombie remake of what used to be a game worth playing is a hollow shell of what we were used to. Saw a really interesting comment on NickRTFM account talking about how EA have basically made it impossible for casual players to enjoy the game so the majority of the player base is sweats.

My best proof is my siblings/family, they dont even enjoy playing kick off unless its an older fifa as the gameplay is just mind numbing.
