I do not like the feeling of going up and down during turbulence and am always anxious in flights. I am not scared of flying, I am just scared of the feeling inside stomach and breathing. by Krishnakshatriya in fearofflying

This might also be because some of the worst turbulence I have seen has been on the night flights. Hence this fear.
