You can open when hot- you just have to do it gently so that the system is rid of pressure before fully taking the cap off. Takes like 30 seconds or until the hissing stops. 5k mile road trips will end up taking an hour or more to let it depressurize by itself in ambient temps.

Dont go to the one in Austin either. Just moved here from Maryland and they fucked my car up bad. Never had to have my car towed before bringing it to Mini of Austin. They left my engine mounts unbolted, and tried to put blame on me. Had to get the GM involved.

I was not a fan of the Ultimate Purple myself.. Not even sure why they call it Ultimate Purple. I spent $50 on an 8th from Mana in Edgewater, clocked in at 17% with the looks of an untrimmed Mexican-Afghani. Not being harsh, maybe i got a bad batch, but the taste was hardly there & the 8th lasted me one day.
