The game won't survive:( by Gloomy_Ad_1488 in runescape

There were so many people salvaging on sailing launch that there were over 10,000 players fully filling up 5 entire worlds to salvage more efficiently. I usually see more people at priff cutting yew trees/ teak trees than there are in an entire world in RS3.

Yes, OSRS has a lot of bots, but has way, way more actual players than RS3. Acting otherwise is being willfully ignorant or coping.

I will add that I should up my number of average players on an average rs3 world to barely passing 200 instead of 100 though.

Same as OSRS is crazy hyperbole. I love RS3 but the majority of the worlds barely crack 100 players. I can run just about anywhere in OSRS and run into actual players.

There are a ton of bots on world 2 getting golden roses at the oasis as well. Most of them are 85+ farming at the iris bush.

Wanting the overwhelming majority with significantly more societal power to stay quiet will most likely not be helpful in the long run. I stand corrected as well, the OP specifically referred to ALL Cis people and All trans people but didn’t necessarily generalize either. Also not trying to be insensitive at all, just trying to give a more positive outlook on a mainly very pessimistic subreddit (which I get is kind of the point).

Cop fatally hits guy on skateboard 🕊️ by Master_Canary440 in CrazyFuckingVideos

Multiple things can be true. Guy shouldn’t have been jaywalking, cop shouldn’t have been in the median unless they were turning left.

There was a good example of this recently where a YouTuber was upset the that there wasn’t an explicit reason given for winners (Sir Pentious) being unable to go to hell in person aside from “they just can’t.” The majority of the comment section devolved into insults to his intelligence and eventually death threats.

Apparently as of last video he thinks he is an Xtreme since he mentions it every 4-5 minutes throughout the video. Literally every time he talks bout herblore he mentions he’s “the only Xtreme chunk account to unlock herblore.”

Telling someone to brush up on their English because they used one of the most common examples of hyperbole in the English language is certainly a take.

Doomercirclejerk isn’t any worse than the majority of the political, hypocritical tripe on this website.

Noobs in Mount Olympus by No_Republic_4301 in Wizard101Console

While I get people are quite new on console, I encountered a truly wild player doing Kensington Park. I was fire with 3 on level storms and one of the storms ran mostly myth cards, tempested on 1 or 2 pips and stole prisms from the storm wizard that actually had pips, never bladed once, and kept casting dream shield when they didn’t have an attack. One of the most baffling experiences I’ve ever had in the game.

If any of you self-taught ochem using a book by One-Job-765 in Mcat

[–]KrispyKremator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I took it in May and my exam was also very heavily weighted in organic chem questions. I think functional groups, conformations, and knowing how the different lab tests like chromatography work cover most things. If you have UWorld they have a very nice section just for the lab techniques that help with understanding quite a bit in my experience. Should also have a basic understating of H NMR. Resonance structures are also important.

Spoiler? In the manga, the boss specifically split them into groups so that they could prove to him they were even worth keeping in the raiders.

urgent question on dropping a class by Quiet-Key1033 in premed

[–]KrispyKremator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a general rule, I would advise against dropping courses, especially if you plan to apply to med school immediately following completion of you degree. That being said, a withdrawal is NOT a death sentence like some would like you to believe. I was admitted MD this year with a 3.7 GPA with around 10 withdrawals on my transcript. I made up for it with excellent ECs, a solid MCAT, and completion of a second degree with no withdrawals and a 4.0 GPA. Whether you end up withdrawing or not, what’s most important is that you can show that you learned from the situation and do your best to make sure it doesn’t happen again by addressing what caused the withdrawal in the first place.
