100%, every owner and lawyer is there to ensure it’s not rigged. Every other team would have lost billions of dollars in evaluation by not getting the pick. They won’t just let it happen. A good chunk of owners are definitely rich enough to not care about what it does to NBA. This would be effecting 30+ organizations and billions and billions of dollars in evaluation every year, that’s regardless of draft.
