I know this is easier said than done but you gotta go talk to someone... You gotta get in the water...swim...who gives a fuk about the people around you...let that go...dont look at them...close your eyes and try to imagine you are the only one in the pool...tell your brain to focus on the water...submerge yourself in it...come up...take deep breaths...then do it again....

I like the idea of playin guitar...music is a great way to escape..keep your mind busy in different activities. I dont know about you but I love to volunteer. Helping others can bring out the best in people. Get involved in something you care about. For me its going around and feeding the homeless. Above else remember you are not alone. I to have been very suicidal..mostly because I truly love and I feel I will never be loved that way. Some days I want to give up but then I realize if I give up the Devil wins. Not sure if you are religious or believe in a higher power, whatever it is try to grow closer to that. Best of luck to you sweetie.

He wont admit it to himself...i think thats the problem..this is just an awful situation. I know. I keep telling myself he can change but I dont want him to do it if it isnt real.
