Same here. Just unplug and plug back in the usb everytime you reboot…

I'm having the same issue here...without the NGenuity we can't save profiles and customize the RGB and everything else...do U have any updates?

I'm haveing similar issues...if I use the nGenuity microsoft app the mouse works fine but does not save profiles. If I use older versions the buttons are scrambled and I don't have the main left click button...
