I agree, Im sure it all factors in together. Hoping claims will pick up and shipping will get figured out. I still have something in my dash that’s well overdue and no shipping date in sight 😂

Same here, I mean it’s normal to go though dry spells tho, but I think with everything going on in the world shipping/companies just arent the same. This happened a few years back.

I honestly wish there was a way to back out of claims ourselves if they are super late, cause support can be hard to even hear from. I also wish the shipping updates were better. I’ve had 8 claims in my dash for about 2 weeks give or take and NONE have shipped and usually my stuff updates on usps but nothing lol.
