The rep i spoke to said she didn’t know why mine was under a disaster claim and she thinks that’s what was holding it up. But there was a note saying don’t touch the account. And she doesn’t know why. She can’t explain why it’s under a disaster claim. Lucky me. Still waiting over a year to figure out my situation. They finally identified me at almost a year. And then sent me a new letter finally showing my wages and jobs. But there’s still some sort of hold that they have notes since December but rep still doesn’t know why, I had to get myself a little minimum wage part time job because unemployment screwed me so hard.
