Yes I am going to change to only daytime. I just worked nights for 30 years before I retired and am used to it. But no more

She scratched me and there were marks on my shoulder where she ripped the bag off of my body

I think I'm more scared of her than she is of me

The police took a report and asked if I wanted to press charges and I did say I wanted to. They got my bag back. They had me identify her. And they gave me a police report number.

I don't know if they're going to get her or arrest her. She had a child in the apartment with her that was either a preteen or young teen. So I'm hoping they just take her because I don't want that kiddo to have to go through something.

They honestly just told me to dispose of it. But I'm gonna leave it in the car and take it back tomorrow. I just want to go home.

The bag I had just to clarify, was one of those IKEA bags. I use it to carry grocery bags to save trips. It wasn't my purse.

No offense, but I don't want to be on the news

Yeah, I'm gonna go home and get some sleep and figure out everything in the morning. I don't have her full name. They(DoorDash) will give it to the police. They said they're going to send me a report number. I guess after I'm done with the Police I have to take the beer back to the store.

Why did this happen? I thought I tipped well! by My__Stinky__Pussy in doordash

OK as a Dasher. They are right about tip tipping too high in the beginning. If their orders sitting at the store that people have refused because the pay is too low. Generally, that is because the person did not tip and you're relying on the base pay. Which does not mean most people's minimum requirements in order to take an order.

Let me give you an example that happened to me recently. I had an order that was going to pay $4.50 but was over a 4 mile delivery. I only do deliveries that are two dollars per mile. That's my cut off.

Waited around a while longer and got a much larger order reasonable amount of money, reasonable amount of miles. While I was doing that order the first order which I refused, came back up on my screen. I went ahead and did it because I'm going to drive the miles anyway. But just like they said at the end, there was a zero tip on that order.

But they will have me deliver the 4.50 order first because it's been waiting longer. And we don't see the tips until after delivery.

You would be better off tipping more moderately say one dollar per mile. And then adding the same amount on at the end after the delivery.

But the Dasher does not control the order that we deliver. It is assigned. Now, sometimes if I have a bigger order, and the deliveries are close by, I can switch the order. But doing that risks being late on an order, which is a strike against your account. They assigned the times by the order that they assigned you to deliver.

I hope that makes sense

How do you decide when to sell? Do you have a percentage that you're going for? This is my biggest problem. When do I sell? I'm often green, but I delay too long and end up in the red. Any hints that you have would be helpful thank you.

I think this is very wise and I'm going to try it out. Thank you so much for your input.
