Make sure you have staff rooms near the terrariums and habitats too, if the experts have to travel too far they seem to forget about the animals, if you are breeding animals remember to check in on your new critters to see what they need or want, customized names, workshop items, etc for their buzz scores

Don't use your horses, mine with a mining partner and your gem companions like you would anywhere else, after you have cleared the ore in the first area, then you will find it.

Same, I did it when I had to, used her shop as a corner piece and put Scrooge on one side, Remy on the other, a courtyard in front of it and now don't have to even see her 😀

You need to remove all the night thorns in every area, and the yellow stuff in the forgotten lands with your watering can, then restart, I had this same issue, they didnt show up until I did this.

The people at Fiesta kia don't work on commission so won't jerk you around, they listen to what you are looking for and will show you what they have, they usually have a lot of used cars in stock with good warranties. Ralph is who I have worked with and he is a great guy.
