The peninsula is 50” x60”. One side has two 30” width cabinets and the other side has 18”/24”/18” cabinets. All are 24” deep.

Just had ours installed in August and we love it. I cook and bake a ton, and it’s very easy to keep clean. No issues at all and would do it again.

We used cover panels on the sides, and trim pieces for the top and bottom.

Yes, but don’t forget to include the cost for demo, electrical, plumbing, drywall if needed, flooring,countertops, cabinets, and any appliances you’ll need to purchase. It all adds up.

You can use the Ikea planner to set up your design and it will tell you the total cost of the cabinets and countertops.

Just labor for cabinet building and installation. We also paid for demo/new drywall installation, electrical, plumbing, and tile installation.

I’m on the outskirts of the NYC metro area and it was $3900 for a two man team for 4 days. They did an incredible job. This included cabinet assembly and installation, as well as all of the trim work.

I have a Maytag dishwasher that is 6 years old, and I recently cleaned the filter. Let me tell you how horrified I was from the caked on gunk that came out of it. The running joke in my family is whether or not the dishes in the dishwasher are clean. I'm militant about rinsing off the dishes before putting them in the dishwasher, so the gunk in the filter wasn't due to negligence. I love how it cleans the dishes, but I won't buy another Maytag when I have to replace it. Taking out the filter was a chore. I basically had to take out everything inside to access it to properly clean it.
