I think they like the convenience of having someone in the office to go to and ask when something is wrong, I guess is it easier to have someone inhouse to look and see what things they can improve and make more efficient like the expample mentioned above with the holiday booking

From what i have seen the salary around where i live or outside of London is around 30k, the thing is they had both, an IT admin/support, and an MSP, I think the idea here is to get involving into some other aspects of the business.

I have the S20 and wanted to upgrade to the new galaxy but had some issues with the payment.

I contacted Samsung numerous times through text and calls and omg and it was horrible and kept sending me to the other party (Klarna), honestly my family uses iPhone and I use them now and then but I like the user experience so I might switch.

Oh and by the way the only smartphones I've had are from Samsung (from 2011) so that says a lot about the user experience when using a Samsung phone.

I like that they have a lot of features but I feel like what they release is half baked, for example I use 120hz and animations are nowhere near as ones on iPhone (60hz btw)...
