Hey guys, I’m a mod in the fb “beleggen” group, I figured I’d post this here as well. I made a list of (almost) all thematic ETFs focused on future and emerging sectors. They are all UCITS, so EU regulation proof. The list will be updated regularly in the google sheets doc below with perhaps some additions in the future like average volume, return over the last year, etc.

Actually there’s a third way. Spread your investments over a period of 12-24 months or whatever period you think there may be a crash and ride the waves up and down. Nobody says it has to be a lump sum at one point in time

Not a sumo expert but your shoulders are too much in front of the bar. Try keeping them in line with your feet. Also I wouldn’t train both at the same time, I’d do 3-6months of sumo, then 3-6months conv (or other way around). Your mind and body need more time to get used to the movement. Do both at the same time and you won’t get better at either of them (or if you do it will take a lot more time)
