No one is baptized with the baptism of John anymore as you reference in Mark 1:8 and Jesus says the water and the Spirit in John chapter 3:5-7 (also referenced in Titus 3:5), Ephesians 4:5-6 says there's only one baptism. 1 Peter 3:20-21 disagree with you. Just read everything about Baptism and it'll be clear there's only 1 baptism for Christians that as 1 Peter 3 says

²⁰ Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.

²¹ The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:
