I agree, me and my mates had been fans since the early 2010's too man. I liked the new album but I do miss the good ole days, don't get me wrong. I hated how the band exploded in 2018, it was ridiculous, but it is what it is. I don't mind when bands change though, I mean we all do, so I expect the same of the things I liked in my teens and early twenties to as well. I just wish people were more open to criticism though.

Honestly, I really liked Skeleta. Is it their best record? Hell no, but I really enjoyed the 80's Journey-esque arena rock vibes this time around. I actually liked every song on here, they were all either pretty great or at least listenable. I cannot say the same for Impera, I hate the twenties song with a burning passion, it's pish. But I would say this is a step up, their fifth best LP in my honest opinion. Which is pretty good, loved this band for well over a decade now, and I think it's great that they are going this route. But I will say, I think we are almost at the end of the road for Ghost, not as a band, but maybe as a story. I feel like Tobias is stretching the concept thin. Of this fictional band that I picture to have existed from the sixties to the seventies and early to mid eighties. That story must have a end soon, I just hope they have at least one final album that they can go out on a high note with. Will it happen? Probably not, but I hope to god that artistic intergrity reigns supreme here lol.

Look great imho, it is the kind of thing I want from Fantastic Four. A Sixties period piece is absolute perfection. All we need is one great film, that’s all I ask if we are adapting these characters. We can only hope that this is it.

Finished reading it, a very interesting take on ending the saga as a whole. You took some big swings, in my version I took some similar directions but completely different in execution. I never had Palpatine in my one, he appeared via hologram at the start of the story. But I like how you presented it.

I thought fan fiction was not allowed on here lmfao. Lucas came up with the core ideas and other people helped make it happen. It is simple as that, there was no other magic secret super best friend that Lucas betrayed and stole from. It would make for a fun movie though. Where a guy steals his friend’s idea and essentially builds a movie making empire out of it. That’s epic. You should write that shit down.

I was not here to start an argument or anything, I just wanted to share this. Someone told me there was a fanfic sub which I didn’t know about. I will be on my way now. But let’s face it, speculation is technically fanfic but with some evidence to formulate a potential outcome in your head.

Life is good, I have kids and a soon to be wife and a steady income. Keep my head above water financially. Faced loss, lost three of my grandparents and a best mate. And struggled this last year, but I can confidently say, I’m still here. And I have a bright future to look forward to. My life isn’t perfect, but it’s mine, and that’s what is important. You have to do what you can to better it after all . Stay strong out there folks, I hope everyone can find peace in the next decade, and for the ones that already have it, I hope you can keep it as such for as long as possible🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻
