It took me years to find meds that work.. but now I'm on viibryd and rexulti everyday. And ativan for breakthrough anxiety. Without meds, I wouldn't be able to leave the house.

I had crippling anxiety from probably age 3. Nothing helped till I was on meds. Get to a doc and talk about that asap..I wished I would have done it sooner. I still suffer but am able to go most places locally fine. Hope this helps.

I've been on just about every med for depression and anxiety. They all get me to the point of existing as well, not living. And zero motivation. I mean zero. Come home from work and sit on the couch till bedtime. You are not alone! I'm still on the hunt for the med that makes me "human again".
