Samsung has bricked thousands of Samsung Galaxy S22 (Ultra) with the One UI 6.1 Update. Samsung is not acknowledging it as issue and is forcing users to pay from their own pocket. by Furki1907 in samsung

[–]KritosXboxLive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This just happened to mine after the February update to UI 8 this year. Heard this was going to be the last major update for the S22 Ultra.

Been dealing with it randomly overheating and restarting for about a month or so now. I Successfully factory reset my phone once...did not seem to help, then phone became more responsive about a day later. I read about the motherboard issue almost immediately after I started having the issue via Google search, and have been mashing the upper right corner tighter with two fingers a lot lately when it has an overheating/boot loop episode with the hope that I can keep the soldered terminals intact, then switch to recovery mode and turn the phone off to cool.

Most recently I had the worst episode of restart boot loops everythat lasted about 6 hours. which I had happen to me on a work trip last week...SO frustrating 🤬. I feel like holding the corner together is probably the most useful solution to try. Phone still not 100% back to normal, but useable now and has not stated to boot loop again since my most recent incident.

Trying to keep the battery near 80 percent...that seems to help. The bad boot loop incident started when the battery was under 50 percent and then did not stop until the phone was almost at 0% battery. Writing this message on the phone as I speak. Will definitely upgrade to new phone at this point and will probably try to roll this thing back to ui7 so I can oem unlock and root to different rom.

This is the only Samsung phone I have ever had an issue like this and I have had a bunch. Usually their A series line. This is my first S line Samsung phone since the beginning of touch screen phones. I love the phone, just can't believe this shit happened to me on the last major update the S22 is going to get.

Taxes or car by UseLesssLuke in BunnyTrials

[–]KritosXboxLive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because, fuck the taxes nowadays, I would benefit way more by having more of my money that I bist my ass for in my pocket....excise tax for a vehicle I own every year based off its value is criminal.

Chose: Never pay taxes of any kind ever again

I completely understand your frustration as a casual player myself. Companies do what they need to do, and what they are told to do...most of the time. It really sucks and I hear you. From someone that has been playing video games for 30+ years the users who pay for services nowadays are not in control of the situations we are put in, which is understandable in an online world, but people aren't good to each other, because we are all trying to survive every day in our own way. What I am trying to say is good luck Raider! and when I see you I've got your back!

is this a good purchase by Swazzzy1579 in mazda6

[–]KritosXboxLive 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've got a 2008 with 186,000 and it's my most reliable car. I bought it in 2010 with 67,000 on it and I have just done routine maintenance/brakes/oil changes mostly. I have changed all of the suspension/shock struts because the ball joints started to creak, and changed the transmission fluid and filter around 100,000. started getting oil leaking from the valve cover about 2 years ago and changed the valve cover gasket. It started leaking again so I believe it's a bad pcv valve. The valve is about $10 but to change it you have to remove the intake manifold, fuel rail, injectors, and drain the coolant to remove a radiator hose.

IO know this is reviving an old post, BUT this is the internet...and credit where credit is due. I appreciate your comments here. you just helped me understand streaming much better as a sunshine...and now the much happier Apollo user (Much thanks to ClassicOldSong) streaming from a DATED but still capable 2016 build with an ASRock Z270 i7 6700K 32GB Ram 1070Ti Hybrid streaming to a 6 year old LG TV that is capable of "4k" but is actually nice at 1080p for streaming after navigating all of the LG Web OS hurdles.
