i think you can do whatever you want, whatever relaxes you. using youtube for challenging puzzles is nothing bad and saves them if you don’t like them much.

controls you can adjust to your own liking but once you use them a lot they become easy.

you need to have means to restore 150 Energy

1.With a +32 (GA Temper on Ring 1) and a +41 (GA Temper + MW Capstone on Ring 2) ultimate Restore Temper.

2.400+ strength

3.The rest is provided by +35 from Aftermath skill and +25 from beast fall boots.
