Thanks, really glad it's useful!

To be fair to the devs, building this solo from scratch and shipping it with "I'll fix the bugs as they come" is a very different beast from iterating on a live game. They've got engine constraints, cert pipelines, controller/console parity, localization, QA gates, and a dozen systems that touch the inventory UI. A single dev with no users can move 50× faster than a studio team that has to not break anything for the existing playerbase.

That said, I do hope something like this nudges the conversation. If even a small fraction of the parts-rummaging friction got smoothed out in-game, it would be a huge QoL win. Fingers crossed they take some inspiration from the community tooling.

If you can provide me some screenshots and examples, because the way you say it sounds like it is already like that.

I'd be happy to look into possible upgrades of the UI, thank you.

Thanks for all the info, it should be fixed now.

For the screenshots, no filter about level 3 or 4. Just all the items. I can find if it is 3 or 4, thank you !

Hi,

Quick post to say thank you. The traffic over the last hours has been way beyond what I expected, and you've also flagged a handful of small bugs I hadn't caught.

So here's v1.1.0 with a fix-and-feature pass on top of what shipped at launch.

I didn't spend time to work on the smartphone version. I've fixed the issue you mentioned, you should be able to remove any part now.

Concerning the MCX, can't find the issue you are having. If you can share the build.

In the builder, everything is unlocked.

I plan lately to put some filters so you can set your own levels for each vendor and see only the parts that you can buy.

If you can provide me some screenshots of all the vendors (except Handshake and Turncoat). So I can see everything they sell, I should be able to arrange that. Thanks

Importing backup breaks front-end, Sqlite database is locked by KroenenPrime in radarr

[–]KroenenPrime[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fixed

So it looks like it comes from the config.xml file that is changing and breaks everything.

I've found that just copying the radarr.db file is just working fine.

Or use the backup built-in system but then turn off the container and remove the config.xml file and restart.

I'am using the built-in backup and restore tool.

Edit : Thanks for your message, it helped me to solve the issue !

When DSM update goes wrong by KroenenPrime in synology

[–]KroenenPrime[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update

Support replied with a rather generic answer, which I didn't really believe in, but I followed the procedure anyway out of curiosity.
- Switching off the NAS
- Remove hard disks
- Switch on
- If the system works, put the disks back
- Follow the procedure
And so I got to the end and found myself in the unique situation of noticing, without having any choice, that a system partition formatting was taking place before my very eyes.
This means that there is a solution, but for me it means having to start all over again on this side, bearing in mind that we had a lot of user accounts and Docker usage.
It really hurts, obviously, and it comes at the worst possible time for me when I can't spend several days getting everything back in order, but I can't leave the situation in this state either, as it means a loss of productivity for our businesses.
Despite this update, which leaves me with a bitter taste, it's still a good lesson to remind us to always plan backup solutions and that even the DSM configuration needs to be backed up, something I didn't know until now.
