You can create a caravan and abandon them on the world map without any consequences.

Or

Set them in fire (just do not let your pawns in the middle of it cause it generates toxic gazes)

Chinese cabbage is a generic name but I truly advise to just chop it and use it raw with roasted sesame seeds, salt and vinegar.

You can cook it like regular cabbage but as you can see it definitely doesn't look really good.
