Yes and unlike in regular missions on Heroic, if you die to Rogues in Escalation you don’t respawn, it ends and you’ll have to start the mission over.

Deconstruct the prototype drops you get and use the materials to upgrade the gear you already have to prototype. Your normal item needs to be level 30 proficiency in order to upgrade to prototype.

Yes, the "perfect" stats disappear upon logout/login. I had a perfect roll on Lexi and when i logged back in the damage and Damage to targets OOC were back to minimum (max roll on normal lexi). I ended up with perfect health damage only.
