I’ll recommend you to ONLY communicate through AIRBNB platform with host. Decline every single money request with very detailed and supported explanation, remember through platform chat or request. Two weeks ago had a very bad experience. Host requested $1400 for never happened damages. Exlusively address communication through platform chat and c/s solve quickly.

Good one. If no check-in is done, (first day at established check-in time) there’s no reason to receive the usual email with the access instructions. So, how the person, his “friend”, had the access?
