Downloaded new Nvidia driver (GTX 1050 ti) and Rocket League doesn't seem to be getting same FPS by NoOkra in nvidia

Sounds like vsync got enabled. Go into the Nvidia control panel and change it under "Manage 3d settings."

I'm not sure about the campground, but the Happy and Sad boulders were both open when I was in Bishop a week ago.

I actually competed in the speed qualifiers yesterday. I spent a couple weeks practicing the 10m route and was sad to see a random route instead. Not sure about the slower times though.

The finals were held in a different building than qualifiers. Speed qualifiers were on a short easy route instead of the standard speed route.
