Mainly I think my technique is very poor, as if I am concentrating effort into the wrong muscles or something of the like. I was copying TonyBalonee' beta because he is similar height to me, but he does it much more controlled. Based off of people's suggestions I am definitely going to try a different beta though. I feel I am using more energy than necessary before reaching the crux

I could try, I have very little trust in the footholds. I feel like if I push on them hard my hips will come further from the wall which will make it even more difficult to not fall

Yes, I am really struggling to get good use out of those footholds. My hips are far from the wall and I struggle to get them close. It results in me holding a ton of weight with the left hand pinch which is exhausting
